Psychometric Testing can help an employer who is looking for an easy way to determine future leaders among those who have applied for a job and have made the next round in the application process. to find future leaders? If a company has several senior managers ready for retirement over the next few years, and the company has very few potential leaders to replace them, then the organization may turn to recent college graduates or recruiting firms for the future leaders it needs. 6. Influence - the natural tendency to impress others

7. Optimism - an undying positive outlook

8. Order. Organization and neatness comes naturally to a leader.

9. Savvy - ability to read people to know their needs and intentions,

10. Sociability - enjoys being with other people at work and at social gatherings,

11. Stability - calm and rational no matter what the circumstances are

12. Striving. A leader is able to push hard and work hard towards goals.

There are hundreds of assessments to choose from if the organization wishes to use the talent portion of the overall assessment process. The best advice would be to compare several assessments to get a feel of the questions asked and what report one can expect to get before finalizing a decision. he talent assessment can help an organization save time and money by helping the company find leadership potential among job applicants.
